being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold."

Dr. Sandy has been a great friend and co-laborer in ministry for many years. I first met Dr. Sandy shortly after our youngest son was diagnosed with severe Autism. Like any parent of a special needs child, we were trying to wrap our heads around what this would mean for our family. Dr. Sandy graciously ministered to us through this time, and she also worked diligently to help us launch a special needs ministry (Champions Club) for our church. Dr. Sandy did training for our staff, spoke to our congregation about what we were creating, and trained volunteers from numerous churches in the area. Over the years, she has been invited back repeatedly to train new leaders and to provide updated training. She has been so well-received that other churches in the area have invited her back as well. Dr. Sandy’s trainings are highly professional, fun, engaging—and her knowledge is second to none. My family and church have been richly blessed by Dr. Sandy—and yours will be too!
It is truly a privilege to share about Dr. Sandy Robinson who is one of the most gifted and insightful people I have encountered in my 43 years of working with children. It has been my honor to work with Dr. Robinson in children’s ministry at The Cause Church in Brea, California where she partnered in leadership for our Champion’s Ministry. She also has done extensive training for hundreds of our workers coaching them on how to captivate children’s attention, deal with challenging disruptive and difficult behaviors, and instill a love for the Word of God. She utilizes various captivating games that help children memorize and continually hear Scripture during their time at church.
Dr. Sandy Robinson is an incredibly practical communicator who has the capacity to not only define and articulate the various prevalent needs of children, but she can specifically explain practical methods to deal with and provide help for various forms of disability, trauma, abuse or mental health challenges with pragmatic application.
Dr. Sandy Robinson has done extensive training for countless churches throughout the world and she gives astute guidance on how to develop spiritual growth with individuals, particularly those who have special needs. She builds a healthy resilience for them in the face of life’s adversities and is an expert in offering positive behavioral supports that are motivational and nurturing for children.
Dr. Sandy Robinson is also skillful in implementing the Champions Curriculum and program for churches in a realistic and intentional manner. She provides the details needed which includes training for the teachers and the necessary equipment.
Finally, I would be remiss to not mention Dr. Sandy’s integrity and the fact that she is very active and passionate about serving the Lord with her whole heart. I trust her spiritual discernment implicitly and she continues to make the load lighter for leadership at various churches with her availability, giftings and thoroughness.
I have personally observed Dr. Sandy Robinson interact with volunteers, parents, children of various ages as well as her peers. She exhibits a unique ability to befriend and connect with people from an eclectic array of our populations. She is dependable, faithful, resourceful, and perseverance and has a contagious passion!
Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sandy Robinson without any hesitation. She will be an asset to anyone with whom she works.

Dr. Sandy is a Godly, intelligent, and compassionate woman that teaches us how to share Jesus to those who have not always been included in the church setting. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Sandy Robinson while I was the director of Champions club at SeaCoast Grace Church for over six years. Dr. Sandy was generous with her time, resources, and experience to help us develop a successful program for children and adults with special needs. Her trainings for me and our volunteers was invaluable when learning the best way to help our children experience God in the church setting. Dr. Sandy engages educators, volunteers, parents and children in a way that is engaging and loving to each of these unique people.
I was fortunate to have had the time and experience that Dr. Sandy shared with me while she lived in California. However, I consider it a blessing to have developed a friendship of authenticity and transparency that I will forever value! I highly recommend Dr. Sandy Robinson as a person, educator, facilitator and compassionate woman of God!
Dr. Sandra has been a consistent source of support, training, and hope to us, for the past several years. I first met Dr. Sandra at a training for a ministry in my area for children with special needs. I was very impressed by her knowledge and experience in the area of working with kids with such a large variety of needs, learning styles and diagnosis. From that day on she has remained someone we look to for ideas and inspiration when serving these kids and their families. She walked us through each step of our training and the launch of our ministry to children with special needs, and my team was blown away by her ability to overcome hurdles and find solutions to work with these kids and to learn how to understand them and their needs. Dr. Sandra is a wealth of knowledge and her trainings are always very informative and fun. I’ve watched her support parents through IEP meetings and diagnosis, and she even was a great support for my family as we walked through our special needs testing and tough decision making for my son’s needs. She is an incredible advocate, teacher, and friend, and I highly recommend her for your next training.
